A garage would be nice. For that matter, a driveway would be nice. Yes, it’s spring.

I can relate. I remember when I lived in Albuquerque (without a garage) that I had to keep a piece of cardboard covering my radiator at night so that the wind chill wouldn’t freeze it. Since I had a manual transmission in my truck (with that 90 weight gear oil in it), it took several minutes in the morning working the stick trying to get the transmission oil fluid enough to let me shift. I also remember the time the radiator thermostat failed, so I had to spend a Saturday morning freezing my fingertips while I replaced it (to prevent the radiator from overheating in the freezing weather!) I have made a solemn vow that I will have a (passive solar) HEATED garage when I move back there 🙂

Hey, Tim! Thanks for stopping by. A passive solar garage sounds like just the ticket. I might put the car out in the snow and just move in…
